Is the three-minute call really free?
Yes. There is no payment and no card. It exists so you can hear Dr. Yogita and she can understand your question before you spend anything.
Is the call a reading?
No. A proper answer needs your chart drawn and studied, which is what the report is for. The call is how you find out which report you actually need.
What if I do not know my exact time of birth?
Tell her on the call. Some readings need an exact time and some do not, and she will tell you honestly which can still be done properly with what you have.
How are reports delivered?
By email. You can also read your report on this site and download it as a PDF to keep. Nothing is posted physically.
How long does a report take?
Most within 72 hours. Some of the shorter readings are quicker — every report page states its own delivery time, and the clock starts when you send your birth details.
Who writes the reports?
Dr. Yogita, by hand, from your chart. Nothing on this site is generated by software, which is why it takes days rather than seconds.
Do you guarantee results?
No, and you should be cautious of anyone who does. A reading tells you what your chart indicates and what you can do about it. What you do with that is yours.
Is this medical, legal or financial advice?
No. Nothing here is a substitute for a doctor, a lawyer or a licensed financial adviser, and it should never be used in place of one.
Will you tell me something frightening?
She will tell you what your chart indicates, including the difficult parts, and always alongside what can be done about it. Fear is not a service.
Do you sell gemstones or remedies?
No. Remedies are described in your report so you can act on them yourself. Nothing is sold to you afterwards.
What do you need from me?
Your name, gender, and your date, time and place of birth. Kundali Matching and the Progeny report also need your partner’s details. Each report page lists exactly what it uses.
Why do you ask for payment before birth details?
So nothing sensitive sits on a form you never finished, and so the delivery clock starts only when Dr. Yogita has everything she needs to begin.
Can I ask a follow-up question after my report?
Yes. Once your report is delivered you can message Dr. Yogita about it directly, and book a full consultation if you want to talk it through.
Can I get a refund?
A report cannot be refunded once it has been written and delivered, because it was made specifically for you. If something has gone wrong before delivery, write in and it will be sorted out. The full position is on the refunds page.

English.
Is my information kept private?
Yes. Your birth details and your question are used only to prepare your reading, they are visible only to you when you log in, and they are never sold or shared. The privacy page sets out the detail.
