Refunds & Cancellation

Before Your Report Is Written

If you have paid but not yet submitted your birth details, or work has not started, write in and you will be refunded in full.

After Your Report Is Delivered

A delivered report cannot be refunded. It was written by hand specifically for you and cannot be un-written or resold. This is stated before you pay, and by purchasing you accept it.

If a Deadline Is Missed

If your report is materially late and you no longer want it, you will be refunded in full. The delivery time for each report is stated on its own page.

If Something Is Wrong with Your Report

Write in. If a detail has been misread or a section is missing, it will be corrected at no charge. Disagreeing with what a reading says is not, by itself, a fault in the report.

Cancelling a Call

A free introductory call can be cancelled or moved at any time at no cost. A paid consultation cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice will be refunded or rescheduled; below that, it may be treated as taken.

How Refunds Are Made

Always to the original payment method, usually within five to seven working days depending on your bank.
